Thoughts for Christmas

Dear friends, business partners and clients,

For a long time I have been thinking about what to give you for Christmas. During the crisis, which has now lasted two years, nothing new has been left, all the wise thoughts have been written down and expressed by sophisticated people.

Perhaps these ideas will be helpful to you in the present situation:

The freedom of thought, the ability to be creative and the sensitive handling of complex systems show the only possible and successful way out of the crisis.

I would like to encourage you to follow this path.

The first step is to recognise the otherness of the other. The other person decides for his/her values, not against me and my values. He/she sets his/her priorities in a different way than I do. And when we manage to break through incrustations and allow new thinking to emerge, when we permit new connections to emerge, then we can do more good and healing occurs.

Christmas is the celebration of “we”. We should all agree that human dignity is the most important value and that pressure, discrimination and division no longer have a place between us.

I wish you a Merry Christmas  and a happy and hopeful start to 2022!
