On 12.10.2021 I was interviewed by Carolin Hoffmann from Radio Ton for the programme Radio Ton at Work!
It was about the topic of addressing people with Du or Sie in a corporate context. It was an exciting conversation, because distance and closeness are important points of reference not only in the corporate environment. These processes are also constantly present in private and family relationships, and the negative effects of differences in this regard are particularly evident in the assaults people repeatedly make on each other.
In times of the pandemic, these issues are even more present and I am glad that my thoughts in this regard were important for the programme.
